Once I moved in and was presented with meeting numerous residents, I knew I was in the correct spot. It truly is a community atmosphere that allows us to enjoy the ongoing entertainment and the friendly safe confines of One Cardinal Way.

|Recommended: YesThis place is beautiful — It's everything they advertise online and somehow even more. I signed my lease 9 months ago and finally just moved in everything is exactly what I expected and this is true luxury.

|Recommended: YesGetting there it's going to be really nice I hope — Key is the view. Without view of stadium, it would be just OK. The apartments are very nicely done. The staff is very helpful with any inquiries, etc. The common area is spacious. Pool is small for size of building. Guest control during games especially in pool area is very poor and needs to be addressed. Most amenities still incomplete so can't comment there. Two grills is insufficient for size of building - need at least two more. Overall pleased with things so far - fixing the guest control issue and finishing amenities will determine if this is a great or just good place to live.
|Recommended: YesLove the property, however, I think it should have been managed much better with new residents. — It is a beautiful property already and I'm sure it will be even more so once completed. I know the property isn't complete but they could have done a better job giving new residents information.
I think it makes sense to have an information packet that new residents receive before moving in.
I showed up to move in at my scheduled time and had no idea where to go, who to talk to, or where to tell the movers to park.
The office staff is available to answer questions and are very friendly.
Since construction is behind some amenities have not been completed which I understand. I have an electric vehicle that I charged at my previous residence. When we signed the contract 2 years ago they said 4 chargers would be installed. I know they are running behind but chargers are not available like gas stations yet and I really have to charge the vehicle or I can't drive it.
Today, I actually got stuck in the garage for a bit because my ticket with a validation sticker was not working. The ticket machine was opened as if it was being worked on, which I understand, but if you do that, the gate should automatically open or remain open so people don't get held up. I finally got somebody to open it but it was frustrating.
Overall, it is the most luxurious property in downtown St. Louis, but they are still ironing out some wrinkles and there is room for improvement.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — The staff is fantastic along with all the building amenities. The views are amazing and the apartments are first class. It’s great to have membership at One Life Fitness as well although the city has mask mandates which unfortunately means cardio equipment is not in use.

|Recommended: YesVery Impressed. Great Building. Few minor touch-ups post construction — OCW is a high quality apartment complex with the best finishes. It has great amenity spaces and incredible views. The staff is very friendly and helpful and cater to your needs. It is still it's final stages of being finished, but don't let that turn you away. They have acknowledged this and are working to make sure no item is missed in getting the building and its spaces 100 finished.

|Recommended: YesLuxury Property with Great Views Amenities — Perfect location for Cardinals and Blues fans who are coming into town for games and are tired of staying in hotels. The luxury amenities make this new property a great location whether it is a permanent residence or a weekend getaway.
