|Recommended: Yes1CW Is STL Luxury Rental On Par With The Best In NYC — Living at 1CW is like living in a luxury condo without the hassles of ownership. The common areas and amenities - pool, fitness, lounges, BBQ, bar…lobby and corridors are luxurious. Exceptional details including the art throughout the property. The maintenance staff is exceptional. Work order response is within 24 hours. Management is on-site and keeps communication open with tenants. It’s great receiving a weekly newsletter on the various social events at 1CW and BPV. Living downtown STL is vibrant, thanks to the

|Recommended: YesIs this heaven No, it's One Cardinal Way — I love waking up each day and seeing the ballpark from my windows. I haven't met a person who was not friendly. The smell of Salt and Smoke preparing food for the day is a great way to get the day started. You have easy access to all of the Interstates within blocks of exiting the parking garage. The CWE, The Hill, Forest Park Zoo, Museums, Golf, The Muny , Washington University, St. Louis University and Clayton are short drives. Of course, in addition to the Ballpark Ballpark Village there are the Arch Grounds, Enterprise Center, the Aquarium, and the Wheel. The amazing thing is that even though there is live entertainment in BallPark Village, the sound in no way disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of my apartment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community — I moved from Virginia Beach, VA to St. Louis in August 2021. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. I was worried when I moved, but this apartment complex is extremely nice and the people who make the community are great Especially the staff, shout out to Shannon for always having a great attitude.

|Recommended: YesLove the resort living — Love it here. Friendly staff, great neighbors, quite in building. Not a fan of the crime downtown but no fault of OCW. They do what they can to keep us feeling safe.Love being able to watch games from balcony or pool. Pool gets little to crowded on weekends. Elevators can be slow at times and trouble with the trash chutes but otherwise AWESOME place

The views are almost as amaizng as the staff, and the amenity 8th floor still makes my jaw drop to this day.
If you like living in the city and are a Cardinals fan, then One Cardinal Way is the best place you can find.

|Recommended: Yes2 words - Love it — It's not just the great layouts and finishes of the apartments, or the resident floor and patio which is awesome for sure . It's the community here - from the people at the front desk, to the leasing staff, to the maintenance staff, to Jess and crew at the bar. And everyone that lives here. I love that we have activities that can help bring people together. For someone that moved here from halfway across the country, really appreciate this feeling like home so quickly.
