|Recommended: YesProperty Review — Excellent staff and amenities. Guest parking is a concern and there are some kinks that still need to be worked out but overall I would do recommend living here. I have really enjoyed my time here thus far. I really love how safe it feels and I constantly receive compliments from guests regarding how nice the front desk employee's are. My only recommendations would be a designated outdoor pet area park on one of the floors of the building that the dogs would be able to roam around and play unleashed and also to be able to take your own alcohol to the 8th floor. I am thankful that we do have a bar area but I really miss being able to take a cooler to the pool to enjoy with friends. It gets extremely expensive having to pay for drinks at a bar in a place where you live. Other than that, 10 10

|Recommended: YesFirst class living in downtown St Louis — Living at One Cardinal Way is similar to checking in to your favorite resort away from home. The Staff is fantastic and always willing to assist with any issues that may arise. Having access to every Cardinal home game from my personal balcony is unmatched. You will not regret living here.

Calvi is there for us whenever we have questions and we have a LOT, the front desk has been amazing and the maintenance staff, simply beyond reproach. The quality of the construction and the attention to detail in our unit is amazing, this is truly luxury living at it finest. Everyone we have met is friendly, outgoing and helpful with tips and tricks they have learned since moving in. I can feel a real sense of community here. Can't wait for some Cardinal Baseball and the atmosphere that will surround it............ LivingLife

|Recommended: YesBest experience renting I have ever had — So far this is the best experience I have had leasing. When I first moved to st louis I rented from altair in the heights which I ended up calling alcatraz in the heights... Terrible decision and ended up spending 6k to break my lease and come to one cardinal way. My first day here my parking was on the 7th floor so I sent a text to my leasing agent joni, who is awesome, about trying to get to a lower floor and she immediately got me to another floor without any questions or anything ... The lobby staff knew my name and room number for packages or guest visits before I even had the chance to introduce myself. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am a landlord myself so I appreciate the small things and this place has those even though they are a high company. It's a very great feeling living here.

|Recommended: YesWelcoming — There is always something to do at Cardinal Way I love the events and the friendly staff. They always remember my name and welcome me with a warm smile. The view on the 8th floor is amazing but it isn't anything compared to my very own balcony view. I love my city and my new home.
